Dia and Sydney after their awesome 5th grade talent show performance. I am so proud of them! They have worked really hard for the past two months; creating a dance routine, practicing and this mornings show. Great job!!!
Yesterday, I went to Sydney's school for their Living Museum. Each 5th grade student picks a historic character, does research, writes a speech and performs it in "first person" for the entire school. Sydney was Jane Austin, Dia was Mae Jemison the first black woman in space. 
Here is "Jane" with her friends Alfred Hitchcock and Christopher Columbus!! Grandma, Sydney wore the cameo you gave her:-)
